At Joanna Lee Private Collection, every item is handmade with care, intention, and attention to detail. Please take a moment to read the following information before placing your order.

- All products are handmade in small batches.
- Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated (e.g. during launches, markets, or busy seasonal periods).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping & Delivery (Australia-Wide)
- All standard deliveries are sent via Australia Post.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on Australia Post rates.
- Delivery timeframes are estimated by Australia Post and may vary.
- Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside of our control.
Please note: Joanna Lee Private Collection is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances.
Local Delivery — Agnes Water & 1770
- Local delivery is available for Agnes Water & 1770 residents.
- Local delivery fees (if applicable) will be communicated at checkout or via confirmation.
- Delivery days may vary depending on availability.
- If you are local and unsure which option to select, please feel free to reach out prior to ordering.
Local Pickup / Collection
- Pickup is available by:
- Appointment only, or
- Collection from an upcoming market date
Pickup details will be arranged via email after your order is placed. Please ensure you collect your order within the agreed timeframe.
Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
- This includes:
- Candles
- Bath & body products
- The Inner Apothecary Ritual Kits
- Workshop tickets
Please choose carefully and reach out prior to purchasing if you have any questions about a product.
Damaged or Faulty Items
- If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law.
